Getting started

• Open PriceLedger from Apps in your Shopify admin. The first snapshot of your prices and costs is taken automatically.
• From then on, every change to a price, compare-at price or cost per item is recorded.
• Add a cost per item to your variants in Shopify to see margins and below-cost alerts.

Common questions

Why is my history empty?

History starts the day you install the app. Shopify does not keep past prices, so earlier changes cannot be imported.

Some products are not tracked

Your plan limits the number of products tracked. You can change your plan in Settings, inside the app.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Billing stops right away and your data is deleted 48 hours later, as described in our privacy policy.
