Questions
Can I see price changes from before I installed the app?
No. Shopify keeps only the current price and cost, so the history starts on the day you install PriceLedger. From then on, every change is recorded.
Does PriceLedger change my prices?
Never. The app is read-only: it reads your products, prices and costs, and nothing else.
Why don't I see margins for some products?
Margins need a cost per item. Add it in Shopify on the product variant and PriceLedger will show the margin right away.
How are products counted in each plan?
By product, not by variant. A T-shirt with 6 sizes counts as one product.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify asks us to delete your store data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we delete all of it. See our privacy policy for details.
