Getting started

• Open Reordia from Apps in your Shopify admin. Your catalogue and the last 60 days of sales are read straight away.
• Set a delivery time for each supplier in the Suppliers page. Until then, the shop delivery time from Settings is used.
• Open the reorder plan, check the quantities and export the list for your next order.

Common questions

Why does a variant show no suggestion?

A suggestion needs sales in the window. A variant that sold nothing shows as no sales yet, or as dead stock when it still holds stock after your dead stock delay.

Some products are not planned

Your plan limits the number of products followed. You can change your plan in Settings, inside the app.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Billing stops right away and your data is deleted 48 hours later, as described in our privacy policy.
