Questions
How far back does Reordia look?
Shopify opens the last 60 days of orders to an app, so that is the longest sales window. You choose how many of those days the rate of sale is measured on, from 7 to 60.
Does Reordia change anything in my shop?
No. It is read-only: it reads products, stock and the quantities sold, and never writes a price, a stock level or an order.
Does it read my customer data?
No. From each order it keeps the quantity per variant and the day, nothing else. No name, no address, no amount, no order number.
Where do suppliers and delivery times come from?
Suppliers come from the vendor field on your Shopify products. You set a delivery time per supplier, and a variant can carry its own.
How are products counted in each plan?
By product, not by variant. A T-shirt with 6 sizes counts as one product.
